Its has been a long time coming.  I finally had the time to get down to the Cheeseman.
I have a KKK turbo, a/a intercooler, sec inj, mt4.
Motor has h-beam rods, turbo pistons, .80 spacer

Had johnny fine tune the thing except for the microtech.( bought the dongle and not the handheld programmer like I need)
So it is mapped for up to 16lbs safely

This thing is cool as hell.  Feels like a stock busa down low but up high it comes alive

Once I get the handheld I will be back down there at Johnnys to finish tuning up to 30-35psi

I guess I have a really big turbo and very low compression.

Something seems amiss to me.  8.9 horse per pound of boost ?   You've either got a smaller turbo or she was tuned REALLY fat. I know Cheeseman knows what he's doing, and he's one of the best in the game, but something seems off to me.  Huh?

Yep those hp numbers seem a bit low for your boost pressures. Whats your CR?

Not quite sure what the compression ratio is because I bought the motor form a guy in Illinois.  It was built by Fornarelli racing.
The A/F was right under 12:1.
The bike acts normal all the way up to almost 6500 rpms..( still no boost)  then at 7000 it goes from 0 - 14 or 16 lbs instantly.  Almost like you flipped a switch

Not sure if this is part of the problem.  At idle my BOV is wide open.  I think I may need a heavier spring in it to keep it closed. Huh??

oh yeah,  It was also 96 + degrees in the shop on Saturday.. And Humid as hell

Yea, you might start with the BOV spring. Order a 7lb off of ebay for cheap. How hard did you pull the throttle ?  I've got a 70 trim that i can get spooled around 6500.

Sounds like it a sort of race setup that slams the boost at a launch rpm. Bump that fuel down a hair, and get a compression test done.

I will drop the fuel a bit when I get the microtech figured out..  I bought the dongle for the mt4 for a 3bar sensor from Richard at RCC.  So I think I have the right dongle...... But I guess I need the handheld to tune it cuz it says "software not compatible with ecu type"  I have changed the com port to #2.
