pc timing mod?

so i am building an 06 zx10 turbo bike and am installing the pc timing module. my question is: i am not putting the turbo kit on it till the winter and was also thinking about puttins an ivans TRE on it, will the timing mod interferre with the tre? or is it just a waste of money once the bike is tuned for the turbo? i do not fully undersand everything the tre will do. any help will be great. thanks.
