I finished my stage 2 upgrade and finally dyno'd it yesterday weather was shitty, cold but raining and it made 380hp/219tq@18psi, I think my gauge is reading low, but with a 6# spring in the gate it showed 5.3 on the gauge. Anyway I'm happy and it still has more in it, we just stopped there until the weather clears and I get my other gauge configured

Yeah I forgot a few things, FBG tranny with billet output shaft, lock-up, Trac 5-8 arm. What is the filter you are running, it looks exactly like mine but there is no markings on it. What kind of numbers did yours make?

That's a sbfilter. 18lbs my bike made apx 390hp. I'm still in the process of tuning high boost and am having low voltage problems to my coils. Rodney has made som 430hp pulls at 24lbs of boost.

Cool, sounds real close to my numbers. Walter says his dyno is not a "happy" dyno, I know its 3-4hp lower than our dyno according to other bikes we did and I had a shinko on the rear and it was raining, but I'm happy for the first dyno session. We are going to turn up the boost 7 or 8 more lbs next time and see if I can break 450

You're going to run out of air at around 23-24lbs of boost with the little 2871dbb. That turbo is real efficient to around 22lbs. After that you are going to be creating alot of heat and not much more air. 425-430 is tops in my oppinion...I'm also running an air/water intercooler which helps with the horsepower also. This turbo really spools fast though and makes a great streetbike.

Yeah, I heard that about this turbo, but if I break 400 I'll be happy. This is my daily rider and weekend trackbike. I'm only gonna run 10-12lbs on the street but I wanted to see what it will do before running out of steam. I'll post some pics of the new setup tomorrow when I get it outside, it's supposed to be sunny and and upper 60's here tomorrow here is a pic from last year

After looking at your bike and where you are racing, we've met. I ran PMRA for a few years before deciding to do the turbo thing! This is after the Turbo. I've since added a different arm and seat. I remember talking to Rick in the staging lanes and your bike was parked in the middle of a bunch of Kawi's. We laughed about that for a while!!

Did you dyno your bike on C16? Are you running pump gas on the street or do you have to different maps?

Rodney tuned or is in the process of tuning my bike now. He tuned on pump to 18lbs{intercooled} and anything above he tunes on c-16. C-16 burns a little slower and requires a slightly different map...Shit I can't wait to get my bike back and have fun with 150 mph power wheelies...lol.
