Trying to put up the header and turbo in one shot.  After hours...I finaly got all the header bolts started.  THe lower outer 2 to the left side...I can get a wrench or nothing on them.  Was I to do the header then bolt up the turbo to it?  IF so, then I dont see how I can get the rear lefts side bolt/nut together for the turbo header connection.  NEED help.

Keep them together when installing....

Are the 2 bolts allen or mini sized header bolts?

Its a pita.....but you'll have to torque them all down evenly with a little more attention to the lower ones first.

If there allen.......get you a single 6mm allen key and cut it just after the 90 to make it a little stubby.

If they the little 10mm bolt head.....get yourself a open end and grind it down on each side so it clear....may need to shorten the overall length of the wrench too.

After numerous times of having to do this I found this to be the best  way and best tools to do the job.

Throw some lockwashers too....that way you won't have to dick around with it much.

Have the locker style bolts.  The ones, aftet torgue down, you still a teardrop flange over then and install a locker clip on them. The teardrop hit the header tube and keeps the bolt from loosening.  THe over all head of the bolts is same as other styles and is wrenched by 11mm or can use a allen wrench.

I used M8 studs and 12mm width nuts on mine, then installed the turbo. Wasn't all that hard. RCC gt35
