Is there anything available for 2 stages of boost that is realatively simple to install and easy to change between 2 boost levels say 5 lbs then up to 10lbs. I have a stage 1 kit and I will get it tuned for each level and use the pc hub to store 2 maps one for street on pump gas(5lbs) and the other for the track and race gas(10lbs). And would any of this be a problem with my FMU? Thanks

You can make one like Greg used to sell for less than $100 with parts from Grainger, I emailed Greg and he gave the part numbers, works fine for now, 8lbs on low, 14lbs on high

xs dual stage boost controller

I am getting one installed this week and it will be wired into my flash to pass switch for the second stage.  Simple compact fairly inexpensive, fits my needs.

I made one up with the parts from Grainger, just T'd of the line going to the wastegate, run it through the air solenoid(part no. 6jjm2) , then the
regulator(part no. 4zm07), then back to the top of the wg, wired the air solenoid to the high beam wire, now I can hit the flash to pass button for
instant boost or flip the high beams on and leave it on high boost, very simple and will work until I get my AMS1000, and cost me about $56. Just
remember, it takes very little adjustments on the regulator, when I was setting it up I turned the knob about 1/2 a turn and WOW! 22.5lbs of boost!
turned it down 1/4 turn and made 13lbs, then 1/10th back up and 15lbs, then another 1/10th and it made 17lbs thumbs  up

You can get low pressure regulators that step up about 10 psi /turn, think there 0-60 psi

first stage can be as simple as a bleed valve on a solenoid , like Greg did on some of his, a .060 restrictor in line to the wastegate , and a solenoid teed off with adjustable bleed valve between the restrictor and wastegate lets you loose some of the wastegate signal, works on both internal and external gates, just keep the restrictor within 6-8 " of the wastegate or it slows the operation too much

mcmaster has a regulator that is 0-25 psi, but it seems to always spike 2-3 psi extra when you first blast it with air, which i don't like.  You can also get different springs for some of the grainger regulators, did that once to get some 0-25 psi, but took like a month for them to come in.

yep a simple 2 stage doesn't cost a lot of money if you dont mind a few minutes labor putting it together etc. test the regulator with a gauge and shop air first to see how it works before you flip the bike or toast some pistons though.
