Had to run my bike with the stock air box on it. I unplugged the powercommander what a mutt. It has turbo pistons but I would have never thought it would be down that mutch power. It's a gsxr 1000 I'm wondering if something is wrong ?

You still have the turbo on it? If so, you are trying to run a 9:1 compression  motor through an exhaust the size of a quarter.

Thats pretty hard on the turbo, no backpressure on the compressor wheel lets it spin a lot faster than when everything is connected, easy to damage the turbo like that , better off removing the wastegate spring .
