It is just teh trans shafts or does it come with shift drum, etc?  How bad are the gear dogs?

Sorry for the delay, the other gears shifted fine and held up under power. The transmission includes the gear clusters still mounted on the shafts only. The drum was still in good shape, so, I reused it. $80 + shipping, I need to get money for a tune. This won't cover it, but it will add up. Thanks.
