I have been having problem after problem with my bike after I installed the rebuilt motor. 1st the bike ran extremely rich and seemed to be running on 1 or 2 cylinders. No codes are showing up. I went through the trouble shooting list on this site, Hahn's manual, and the suzuki service book. The only thing that changed is now it won't crank. I can't get a turbo tuner from Jacksonville to Tampa to call me back. If I can get it to crank, I can take it to a small bike shop and see what they can figure out. Maybe I could check the ecu. If I swapped my tuned ecu for a stock one would I need to pull some timing out just to ride it around long enough to see if my ecu is bad. The ecu I have was tuned for a 16g pushing 8 psi. I currently have a .57 trim hybrid with a .63 hot side on basically the same motor setup. The motor has a .080" spacer, stock cams, 65# valve springs, stock pistons with new rings, carrillo rods, APE cam chain tensioner, R&D transmission, APE billett shift shafts and a 6# wastegate. I know the turbos are differrent, but it should atleast start and run better than this. I have a 2.2 MS for secondaries later on, for now I just need this damn thing to run good enough to drive 22 miles to and from work. I really want to swap this motor for a stock one and just spray it. Any Ideas?

What do I need to do to check the cam and throttle position sensors? Could one of those cause it to do this?

Does it even attempt to turn over or it does absolutely nothing when you hit the starter button? do you have adjustable sprockets on the cams?  what are they degreed at?  If it was running rich before, then check the spark plugs.  If you do get it started, i wouldnt ride it until it is properly tuned.  It doesnt take much to kill an untuned motor.

It turns over but does not seem to be getting fire. I have adj. sprockets that were degreed by Chris Jones of Jones preformance Cycle. He degreed them the to same specs as he did 3 years ago. I can call him and get the info.

you wont have to make any changes to the stock ecu to get it running
but dont go out and boost it without some sort of fuel controller but for trouble shooting its fine to get you running

Yes, I posted on psychobike too. I don't know what to try next. I can't find another busa or ecu here to run a test with. I'm broke and frustrated and lost on this project and I want to fill something with bullet holes. I have so much into this thing and I dont want to take a loss on it. I even have the ms 2.2 , lc 1 widebamd, and a palm pilot kit,but at this time its all making me kick myself in the ass for cutting my freshly painted plastics to fit the bigger turbo air filter. The bike has me stuck, and hearing crap from my wife about I should have left it stock.
