I do secondary fuel setups for the base setup you will get.

Megasquirt EFI controler (used as a piggy back) with the MS1 processor (fully setup and ready to go)

Wiring harness

42lb injectors

Billet fuel rail

Your stage one plenum modded with the inj. bungs

Areomotive fuel pressure regulator

All software,Base files loaded into the controller, tuning cable, wiring and vacuum line diagrams.

(You must have a DB9 serial port on your computer to tune the MS so if your computer dosent have this let me know and i can get a USB to serial converter for you for 25.00)

Price depends on plenum style you have if its a tall style plenum ( like a Hahn,Chill factory, ect )
then the price is 150.00 more as the inj bungs are different . If its the standard stage one like Velocity or RCC then the price is 1150.00 plus shipping and paypal fees .

This does not include fuel lines or fittings, but if wanted i can supply those too for an additional cost, i would need to know what type you want when ordering.

I can also setup the palm pilot dataloging for you and setup your wide band O2 and any other additional features you want but those are best to be discussed over the phone when ordering.

The controller comes with a base fuel map installed but it is up to the customer to tune it to their motor it works for alot of installs but its up to the customer to make sure its right for them.

Thanks any question you can email me at   h1050d@yahoo.com

No problem i can fix you right up with whatever you need always glad to help out when i can feel free to email me when your ready it takes about two weeks for me to do a whole setup (depending on my work load at the time) You guys can also recoup some of your money buy selling off your FMU and power commander to help fund it (the power commander is not really needed unless you want to tune your part throttle fueling for most installs its not needed at all)

Why thank you you have been a great customer even though you still havent got your LC-1 yet.LOL

Jasons plenum is a prime example of a tall plenum i had to sink the inj. down in the plenum to make sure the tank would go full closed.

Thanks for the pics.

Hey Tony that looks like a nice setup price is more than resonable only question is how close could you tune it with out the power commander with the comprestion lowered it is about 8-81/2 to 1 how would you take enough fuel away in the bottom end? if you backed down the static fuel pres so it would not be super rich would there still be enough at mid range and up top for boost. I dont mean to be a pain in the ass but it runs real nice right now and I would not want to do this and end up with a bunch of driveability issues. but I also know if I want to up the boost much the secondarys are the best way to go.

i tuned mine with fp and never had a problem with drivability
i set mine to 38 psi while running (without a check valve) made great power and rode smooth Cool
you can keep your pc if youd like but it really isnt needed IMHO

Yeah the PC is really not needed unless you have a certain spot in the tps range that is giving you problems i have found on the older ECU's 99-00 they tend to run a little different then the newer ones not quite as clean down low but all the newer ones seem to run just fine even with lowered compression.

Yes you could always lower the static fuel pressure to help out down low and just richen up you secondary map to compensate.

Skeet, this system looks very simular to the secondary setup i have on my Miata. The secondaries only activate under boost and are off during cruise speed. I am installing a Hahns stage 1 kit this weekend and will probably go to secondaries for reliability. Due to stock compression i have to be careful and have good boost and A/F control ( already have a LC-1 and F/P monitors installed). Is this setup easy to adjust and do you think it will me better control.
I am after relaibility over power, and will not be trying to set a land speed record LOL.
Thanks,
Monte

Yep thats exactly how this works it only fires the secondary inj. while in boost so while your not in boost it should run just like it did before you installed the turbo.

It fairly easy to tune but you have to be willing to learn how to use it and understand how it works to use it to its full potential it has worked great for me for 4 years so far on the busa of mine 2 years on the other bikes i have installed it on and i have used on my twin turbo car for 6 years and have had no problems with it also.

Since you already have a LC-1 you can hook it up to the MS and with a Plam pilot you can datalog and tune your fuel table fairly quick without a dyno.

I always try to help out with the tuning part for the customers and show them how to set everything up so they can keep an eye on it and if you have any questions or problems all you have to do is come on here and i can see if i can help you out.

Yes it will give you better control vrs. the FMU like night and day difference.

TONY, Chris just told me of this set-up you are offering.  I personally think its a great idea and a great service you provide.  I can tell you that I will be pushing your set-up on everyone I know with a stage I Turbo system....  Of course I will be installing and tuning it for a modest fee!!!!!!!!  thumbs  up
