Im taking a turbo off of one hayabusa to another and noticed the frame is cut on the original one( the bar that goes across  the top front of the motor) is this something I have to do on the one i'm installing it on?

You have to take the bar out if the turbo up pipe goes through that location. If the charge tube goes through the ram air tube you can leave it alone....
