I just finished a new motor, but cant get a dyno session for awhile.  No one seems to want to share a base map.  Is it possible to use a 1441 motor map for my 1507 base map and just fine tune using my data logger?

If the only difference between the engines is the displacement then yeah, I wouldn;t be too worried.  I'd just up all the fuel bins by the percentage of the increase and start logging easy until it came around.  But if the injectors are different sizes and fuel pressures or boost are different, then it's really a whole new map.  You can still do it, but take it really easy and small steps.  Get the idle and work your way up the RPM chain.

The bike is running pretty good.  Ive been taking my time making a map.  it idles great now.  I used a 1441 map as a base map and used a bazazz afm self mapper.  I still have to tune it in the upper rpms.  I finally got an appt on the dyno in a couple days.  Hopefully the map wont be too far off.  Ill post the dyno chart in a couple days.
