I have always wanted to ditch the stock under tail but i could never find one that i liked the Tiger tial doesnt enclose the tail section like the stock one does and since i ride my bike ALOT i didnt want one of those so i decided to build one my self.

This one is made out of .060 aluminum and so far it clears and fits pretty nice it also gives me a ton of room under the front seat to mount the Interface board and the MS and still lets me keep my complete trunk.

I still need to finish the back up to the tail light and make my battery box but its pretty close to being finished.

Well if you wanted one that didnt go all the way out the the tail section (attach back like the factory one) it would be cheaper as that part is pretty difficult to get right i would say for one just like this without it attaching to the tail it would be around 100.00 plus materials for one like this it would be more around 175.00 (+or - a few dollars) plus materials.

The hump in the back section lets the tire go all the way to the subframe but still gives you plenty of room in the trunk to put stuff.

You will gain a ton of room under the front seat and still retain alot of room in the trunk.

I still have to make the battery box tonight for it so look later tonight and see if i have any pics up of that too.
