the right check valve will help but if you are over a certain number in your map then you will always set it off when you reach that spot in your map

If you increase your fuel presure and back down the number in your map it will stop. Whats happening is your going over 100% duty cycle on the injector. I had the same problem at the Dyno yesterday

IMHO 120 give or take 5 will lock up injectors
this is my opinion after the failure I had and what my pressures were registering during my failure
this is why I went to a secondary setup I've got adjustability and tunability that exceeds the fmu ten fold

Hey Pinky, mine was doing it with numbers in the 60's and 70psi at 5.4# boost 127% duty cycle I went to 82psi and dropped the numbers to 90%. S2000 injectors would correct this also wouldn't they? (agreeing stage 2 is really the way to go) Phil

Remember there were 2 in Series (one after another) but I pulled one off, probably need to put it back on there... this is a picture when I setup my stage 1 in 2005, I have since moved my fuel pump to the right side of my tail section.

No problem Vic just remember this ~ Where the 1 check valve is now, I had installed a "Y" and added another one right beside that one when running a stage 1-
