Here is a stock map from PetriK over on ECU hacking this is 5th 6th gear i think, its a start atleast .

This is TPS/RPM based but you could take this and make up a MAP/RPM based one pretty easily.

For boosted application you will want to start retarding in the 102kpa or 1lb psi range and up.
