LEft fork is pretty wet and the right one isnt far behind it. I'm packaging them up soon and sending them to LE out in Cali. Gonna be about 600$ for the entire rebuild, revalve, and respring.
My question was, whats the best way to support the front end while i wait for them to come back?
Jack on the oil belly?
Strap the steering stem to the overhead?

You know this is just what i needed to set me back a few months for the turbo project too. banghead

if joists are strong enough hang from above
and what all are they doing exactly to the forks
that seems pricey unless they are replacing the springs
but i prefer to add to the spacer (but i cut the forks not set them up for road coarse)

600 for the full rebuild clean. Springs get replaced to my rider weight and they revalve them. I told Jim that i'm a pretty agressive rider and that i had intentions on slapping a turbo on it soon and that i wanted to compensate for the expected wheelies. he laughed and said it should be any issue, that the springs he would use would be set for a 300lb "ish" rider.
