youll not notice it
you lose 10 hp with the spacer but gain it with the capabilities of running higher boost

i ran it on my old setup from 2 yrs ago and was tearin up the streets by the end of the year

Not much difference with your turbo, bigger turbo and you have to treat it like a 600,
i have run up to 10 psi std comp with water inj, and 8 without water, but seen guys burn pistons at 6 psi Huh??
How good are your local fuels, ask a turbo car guy  he will hear pinging easier than you will and probably know if any brands are poorer quality.

If you are on the fence, and really going to only run those power levels, you could go with a spacer of less then .080".  I have used .100" spacer before to lower even more, but a .040 or .060 would prove benificial over stock as well. While popular, the .080" is not some magical number that is the only way to go.
