Im actually in the process of putting a whole 1000 front end on my busa.  Ill let you know.  I hope it doesnt change it too much.  I have a intercooler on my bike and i dont want it to rub any more than it already does.

if your putting a 1k front end on your busa and its rubbing already, its really fixing to start rubbing, it does bring the front wheel back more. are you running a 60 series tire?

Its an air to air intercooler.  I have a MCxpress kit.  It just barely rubs when i lock it from side to side while turning slow.  The front end is an 06 gixxer complete front end.  I was going to use everything from the gixxer.  do you think i should use some of the busa front end parts to make it easier.  I will be using a 60 series tire and a gixxer fender.

If you used the busa clamps with a .020 shim on the lower clamp it will give you more room
I dont think your intercooler will fit with the gsxr clamps

When i put the 1000 front end on, ill take the intercooler off.  Next winter Ill probably have my frame raked to fit the intercooler.  I might just end up selling the intercooler.
