It would be about GT45.  Head from DaveO, same head as in Charlie's bike, but I had mine coated by Swain. valves & piston also.  2 x intake cams.  RCC Ultra Plenum.  I plan on shooting for 700HP, 400HP on Pump.  I am also planning water/meth injection and shoot for 500HP on Pump.
Good god a gt45? That thing is gonna spool at like 8k I bet lol. So it's 1397 and built motor but the dual intake cams and headwork from Dave Owens are the only motor tweaks? I'm confused are you saying you are using an Rcc ultra plenum or the one in your pics here? 700hp should be achievable with that turbo for sure.... Even the 4094 I have has broken 700.  On pump gas using 18lb I would think 400hp will come easily also just due to your larger displacement and large turbo..... I'm assuming 500hp on pump will be attempted by spraying water injection and meth above 18lb? Sorry for the questions just find it interesting

Ace, that would be an incredible combination.  It will have all the torque you need off boost.
Yes it really would be great for on and off boost power. Since I use such a large frame turbo it produces lower intake temps already not to mention the increased displacement of 1441 from an 08 crank, and 84mm would really help the spool not to mention also some slight head porting and if you added some streetable 385 lift cams. Larger motor, better breathing, big turbo = more power!!! We already know the slight increase in displacement, larger cam profile, and better flowing head that the gen 2 busa has.... Already makes 1-2hp more per lb boost.... You even slightly enhance those on a gen 1 and run a big frame turbo....your likely to see 3hp more per lb boost.... Be nice to make an extra 50 hp at 18lb on pump gas.... Who first want a 425-450hp pump had bike..... But wait let's run some e85 at 22-23lb ut oh there's a 480hp pump gas bike. Of course nine of this has been done to my knowledge but sure seems possible

Looks good Joey, your 84mm, dual intakes, headwork and turbo seem to be the differences in our builds. When fo you expect to have it going or on the dyno. Can't wait to see the 18lb on pump #'s and then what you can achieve with the water injection and meth

I will be building it slowly.  I am using it to basically launch my business.  So I will be doing a lot of YouTube videos for every product I use and the assembly.  So you can really "SEE" the entire build.  Actually building a studio right now and as funds permit, acquiring better camera equipment and lighting.  Which will coinside with the launching of my shopping cart website.  Looks like it will take a while, but you will get to see it all.

Sounds pretty interesting overall and I will be looking forward to it . What's behind your logic of using twin intake cams with such a large turbo and higher displacement?

That's the way the setup is meant to work is pumping as much exhaust out as possible, to spin the turbo.  I will try other cam combinations, but this is what I am starting with.  My goal is 500HP on Pump Gas, 700HP Street Bike.  I'll be happy with that...  thumbs  up

500hp on pump is freakish.... I remember Richard saying he has ran them on 22lb on pump I believe....made like 430hp but ended up burning some pistons. With your much different setup and Water/meth.... It just might happen. Awesome keep us posted

I just built a stage 3 with A/A intercooler for a customer, no cooling issues at all.  But when I rane a/a intercooler on my 1400cc busa it rane very hot.  W/A Intercooler should fix your issue, less of radiator covered.

I have a stock thermostat with a gen 2 radiator  and it never went over 1/2 mark even in 95+ sitting in traffic
